HERE I BRING YOU THE BOND'S
Many Bond buffs consider Sean Connery the best Bond actor ever. Connery was the first big screen depiction of Ian Fleming's famous character and he created an image of 007 that is not easily imitated, or forgotten. Thomas Sean Connery was born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1930. He was considered for the 007 role when one of the producers, Albert Broccoli, saw him in the Disney flick "Darby O'Gill and the Little People." MORE
When Sean Connery retired his Bond role after "You Only Live Twice", the producers Albert Broccoli and Harry Saltzman began searching for a new 007 face. George Lazenby was a top Australian model at the time (1969) with no acting experience, but after an intensive audition process, he was installed as the next James Bond. Lazenby had his work cut out for him filling Sean Connery's shoes.
Bond fans of younger generations may consider Roger Moore to be the quintessential James Bond. No wonder -- Moore appeared in seven Bond films over a 12 year span beginning with "Live and Let Die" in 1973.
Dalton's turn at the double agent role resulted in a rediscovery of the hard-core 007 that Connery embodied. Timothy Dalton, born in Wales in 1946, was a classically trained actor, known for his work on the stage. His personality and acting style were better suited to a more violent and realistic, and therefore less comedic Bond character. The humor is not completely removed from Dalton's two Bond films, but it is toned down considerably - quite a difference from the Roger Moore period.
Although we all like the last James Bond played so far, i have no information on this guy!
